How long will delivery take?

• Please allow up to 5-10 working days (additional 3 for rural) for your order to be delivered.

Where will my order be shipped from?

• Our online orders are shipped from our premises in Otaki.

How do I track my order?

• Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain the information needed for you to be able to track and trace your parcel.

Which couriers do you use?

• We use NZ Post Couriers.

Can I pick up my purchase?

• Yes, you can pick up from our premises in Otaki.  Select pickup during the checkout process.

Do you ship overseas?

• Unfortunately we only ship to addresses within New Zealand at this stage.
